ITALIAN BIKE FESTIVAL: SCOTT RACING TEAM PRESENTS THE ECO-HIGH TECH BIKING UNIFORM DEVELOPED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ROICA™ BY ASAHI KASEI AND SITIP

On the occasion of the Italian Bike Festival, SCOTT Racing Team will present the team’s sustainable uniform produced by the sportswear manufacturer Rosti and developed with the premium stretch fiber ROICA™ by Asahi Kasei, internationally recognized for stretch innovation and responsibility, fiber that we find the fabrics by Sitip, company specializing in the production of stretch and circular fabrics that combine tradition and innovation with a choice of sustainable manufacturing.

A uniform created starting from the athletes’ needs to offer them the best solution in terms of style and ergonomics, high performance, easy maintenance, perfect fit and sustainability.

This year, an even more advanced R&D has led to the creation of the new responsible shorts, made with the NATIVE-THUNDERBIKE POWER fabric by Sitip, designed for high-performance sports and made of the recycled stretch yarn ROICA™ EF by Asahi Kasei and recycled polyamide.

A fabric particularly suitable for making cycling shorts for its maximum coverage, thanks to the ECLIPSE Sun Protection technology, which protects from UV rays and guarantees the right breathability, great comfort and perfect fit.

Also the jersey has been produced with Sitip’s recycled fabrics: NATIVE-BICIMANIA and NATIVE-PIRATA, in recycled polyester and GRS certified, enriched by the MICROSENSE Soft Performance technology – able to guarantee softness and maximum comfort on the skin – and made with the sustainable recycled stretch yarn ROICA™ EF by Asahi Kasei.

A complete uniform that combines top and shorts providing both high performance and respect for the environment, needs and values that the athletes appreciate, pursue and support.
