Cene, March 2024 – Sitip S.p.A confirms its participation at Performance Days fair in Munich, which will take place on 20 and 21 March.
Sitip, a leading company in the textile sector, will be presenting its latest collection of innovative and high-performance fabrics, confirming its commitment to excellence and sustainability: the fabrics that will be presented at Performance Days boast extraordinary breathability, wearability, elasticity and resistance, while also paying special attention to environmental protection and the health and safety of the end consumer, cornerstones of the company’s philosophy.
Indeed, as part of its commitment to sustainable development, Sitip operates with certifications such as Bluesign®, Oeko-Tex®, GRS, and ISO 50001, and adheres to the ZDHC gateway. It also adopts the ISO 14001 system to ensure the control and monitoring of environmental aspects, as well as the SA8000 certification, a globally recognised benchmark standard created with the aim of ensuring optimal working conditions. Sitip also aims to obtain ISO 14064 certification, which will allow the company to measure its GHG emissions in order to implement Carbon Management policies. To demonstrate the Bergamo-based company’s commitment to the planet, in 2022 Sitip presented its Sustainability Report for the second year running. The publication of the third budget, for 2023, is planned soon.
